  1. Such great tips! For myself if I haven’t been eating well or sleeping .. it really shows in my skin. More so as I’ve gotten over 40. The sun is a huge one for me too. I always smiled at the older women water walking at the pool with their hats on. This year .. I’ll be wearing one too!

    1. Sleeping and eating well is difficult for most of us, but we should keep on trying to change it. As for the sun, it’s important to protect your skin every day. I’ve been doing it for years and I haven’t regretted it. When I compare my skin to others who have neglected it, I can see the difference. 🙂
